Beijing Poly 20th Anniversary Autumn Auction, December 2025

北京保利二十周年秋季拍卖会

On December 10, 2025, at the 20th anniversary autumn auction of Beijing Poly Auction House, the scene featured the "Procession of the Emperor" painting located on the eastern wall of Shentu Temple in Fenyang. The figures of attendants, city god, and other deities depicted in the painting were mostly painted with the central stroke technique, presenting a bold and vigorous, yet profound and solid appearance. The firing process in the Chai kiln ensured a stable and ancient-looking color, while the glaze surface was smooth and lustrous like fat.

Our Story

Our Collection
A refined Chinese porcelain tea cup crafted in classic blue-and-white ceramic, decorated with traditional delicate Chinese patterns inspired by Ming-dynasty motifs. The cup sits gracefully at the center of the composition, its glossy surface catching soft highlights. The background is a deep, dark blue—rich and elegant—creating strong contrast and a sense of calm luxury. Subtle shadows and gentle lighting enhance the porcelain's texture, giving the image a timeless, serene, and premium atmosphere.

CUP

These petite, rounded teacups are designed for savoring tea in small infusions. Their delicate form fits gracefully in the fingertips, enhancing appreciation of the tea's subtle flavors and aromas. Adorned with intricate floral patterns or medallions, they embody elegance and prosperity in miniature artistic form.

Plates

These elegant bases provide both practical support and symbolic meaning in a tea set. Functionally, they protect surfaces from heat and catch stray drips; aesthetically, they frame the cup to complete the presentation. In traditional Chinese teaware, they represent "Earth"—grounding the set and offering a harmonious canvas for blue-and-white porcelain patterns that unify the collection.

VASE

A refined vase showcasing intricate blue-and-white motifs or symbolic florals. Its elegant silhouette embodies harmony and prosperity, serving as both a decorative centerpiece and a timeless symbol of cultural artistry.

Tea, Fire, and Unrushed Time

There is a rare kind of peace found in the waiting. Watching the steam rise from a matte black kettle while the winter sun dips low over the field. A moment to breathe, a moment to pour, and a reminder that the best things in life aren’t rushed.
Old world meets the open air. Bringing the ritual of tea outdoors with blue-and-white porcelain and a charcoal fire. Even with the distant sounds of life around us, everything feels still at this table. The perfect afternoon brew.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our products and services.

How are your porcelain pieces made?

Each piece is hand-thrown or hand-molded by our master artisans using traditional techniques. The clay is carefully prepared, shaped, decorated with underglaze, and fired at temperatures up to 1300°C to achieve the distinctive finish that Azure Porcelain is known for.

Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our dinnerware collection is designed for everyday use and is dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing for decorative pieces and items with gold accents. None of our products with metallic decorations should be used in the microwave.

How should I care for my porcelain pieces?

For decorative items, dust regularly with a soft cloth. For functional pieces, hand washing in lukewarm water with mild soap is recommended for longevity. Avoid sudden temperature changes and store pieces with felt separators to prevent scratching.
